Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase ("Terms") govern your purchase of tickets and participation in events organized by Surviving Stress ("Surviving Stress", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing tickets and/or attending our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Ticket Purchase

No Refunds: All ticket purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations within 48 hours of the event start time.
Responsibility: Surviving Stress and Coach Tim accept no responsibility for events outside of our control affecting your attendance, including but not limited to transportation delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment: Payment in full is required prior to the event to secure your booking. We accept payment via [insert accepted payment methods].
Photography and Videography Consent: By booking and attending our events, you give permission for workshops and breakouts to be photographed and/or videoed for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or videoed, please inform a member of our team upon arrival at the event.

General Terms

Event Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or content without prior notice.
Cancellation by Surviving Stress: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an event, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund of the ticket price.
Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Surviving Stress and Coach Tim shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in our events.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Surviving Stress and Coach Tim harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your attendance at our events.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert governing jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
