The 1:1 sessions are for those of you that can't attend a workshop or that walk to speak in a more private setting.

We will talk about your stress, triggers and factors that cause you extra distress, look at what symptoms you have an when they start so that we can build a strategy together so that you can live your life without fear of stress. 

​

We will never be rid of stress but we can live with it.
