About Surviving Stress

Surviving Stress is all about understanding your stress, its triggers and building a sustainable strategy to not only live with the stress you feel but to also thrive.

Born of an obsession after stress almost cost me my life, because I didn't acknowledge it much less do anything about it. I have spoken to hundreds of people and looked deep inside myself during a vast amount of time researching stress it self.

Stress, and more importantly the physical, mental and emotional symptoms that it gives us, are lethal! Lethal to work, relationships, happiness and in the worst case lethal in the the most literal sense of the word.

Ultimately, I want to help people like you feel better about stress, understand their stress, learn what your unique symptom pattern is, and help build your strategy to thrive with stress.

The Surviving Stress workshop in a group setting is a discussion based journey through stress and you'll leave with a huge amount more confidence to work through stress.

Tim HIll

I'm Tim and Surviving Stress is a labour of love after a major realisation that Stress is going to have a massive impact on lots and lots of lives unless we talk about it and get it under control.

Stress almost killed me in May 2023 via a Haemorrhagic stroke caused by the physiological symptoms of chronic stress. When I speak to the medical team that saved my life, they speak of how much more common serious medical events are being caused by the symptoms of stress. It's time to do something about it, don't you think.

My professional life for the last 5 years has been about delivering skills based workshops to businesses, so here I am delivering workshops around stress to help you thrive more than cope with your stress.

During my recovery time I have not only spoken to hundreds of stressed people but have also completed a number of courses that have opened up this opportunity to further help people like you deal with stress.
